ACT Inc. doing business as Slip-Busters ("Slip-Busters," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging (SMS) program to help schedule and coordinate service and installation appointments for our home safety modification services, including grab bars, bathroom safety conversions, and other durable medical equipment installations. This program may also be used to send technician arrival notices and to respond to your inquiries. This program is for these conversational purposes only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive text messages from us in any of the following ways:

  •  Checking the consent box on our Contact form at https://slip-busters.com/contact and providing your phone number.

  • Texting us first — we may reply to your message as part of this program.

  • Giving verbal consent to a Slip-Busters representative.

There is no charge from Slip-Busters to participate in this program. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may still apply.

This program is intended for use on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
